The third part of the book dedicated to prayers and ceremonies--a walkthrough of the Mass--reads more like a cheat-sheet than a guide for those dedicated to learning the Latin of the Latin Mass.\r\nStill, it is a useful and interesting book. I&#039;m not sure of who the audience is meant to be: somewhere between a curious Catholic used to the Vatican II Mass and, perhaps, a newcomer to a &#039;traditional&#039; community? I saw this book for $5 in April and several ordered it and have found it very helpful. After reading this, I find it even more difficult to understand the Novus Ordo, and the recent attacks on the Latin Mass by the Pope and many Cardinals, Bishops and Priests.
